Annual Meeting Schedule
The Annual Meeting of the Cheyenne Mountain Heritage Center is held on a date selected by the Board of Trustees near the official establishment of the Heritage Center on March 15, 1990. The 2009 meeting will took place on Wednesday, March 18th at 5:00 pm.
Board of Trustees Schedule
The Board of Trustees meets on the second Wednesday of the month at 4:00 p.m. at the Heritage Center.

The CMHC will be closed in celebration of the following national holidays:

District 12 Closure Schedule
The Heritage Center may also be closed on days when the Cheyenne Mountain School District is closed. Please call ahead at 719.632.7000 if you are planning to visit us on one of the following days in 2009-2010:
- November 2009: 25 - 27
- December 2009: 21 - 25, 28 - 31
- January 2010: 1, 4, 18
- February 2010: 12, 15, 25, 26
- March 2010: 19, 22-26
- April 2010: 16
- May 2010: 21
When District 12 is closed the Heritage Center will be closed.
