Board of Trustees

As provided by the Bylaws:

Trustees are elected by ballot to serve for one three-year term or until their successors are elected. All Trustees, including officers, are limited to two consecutive three-year terms on the Board. Ex-Officio Trustees shall serve for one year and may be reappointed annually. As far as possible, one-third (1/3) of the Board of Trustees shall be elected each year.

The Board of Trustees shall have no fewer than seven (7) and no more than thirteen (13) members. The Trustees, which includes the officers, shall constitute the Board. The Board, by majority vote, may appoint ex-officio Trustees who may attend all Board meetings for which they have received notification. Ex-officio Trustees shall have voice but no vote.
