Committees

If the Heritage Center is to be a place to gather and share, everyone’s help is needed.  We need skills in many areas.  The Cheyenne Mountain Heritage Center has formed the following committees in order to achieve its goals.  There is room for everyone at the table.

The ultimate goal of everyone associated with the Heritage Center is to witness the power that can be exchanged when we gather and share the unique inheritance and traditions of the Cheyenne Mountain region.

• Programs:  Promotes existing artifacts and resources of the CMHC and establishes a plan to acquire additional resources; develops and implements educational programs for all age groups in the community
• KIVA:  Gathers suggestions for future articles in KIVA; helps distribute current issues to the community; procures funding through underwriting and advertising
